DeviantART is a great place to find not only art but also some awesome tutorials. It doesn't matter if you are interested in photo manipulation or writing, usually there is a tutorial for that. But at the same time there are so many great tutorials outside of deviantART and most deviantART users might never find them unless someone shows these tutorials to them. So I'm happy to introduce you a new journal series called "Tutorial Showcase" which features some awesome tutorials outside of deviantART. System is pretty simple. Every showcase journal showcases five tutorials from a specific category and this category changes with every new journal. There's no special placement, all of them are equal. So here we go!

Theme for this time is:

Logo Design in Adobe Illustrator

This Adobe Illustrator logo tutorial is quite easy to follow and you don't need any special knowledge to follow it. You just have to follow the steps that are given and use the tools provided by the program. It also isn't that long so if you are looking for a quick logo tutorial to follow then this is the tutorial for you.

:pointr: Retro Logo Tutorial

Awesome website to follow with many great tips and tricks from making logos to web elements. This tutorial over here is one of them. Once again a very well explained tutorial first talking about the idea behind the logo and then how to make the actual logo itself. It gives you the feel and idea behind all of this so that you would understand better.

:pointr: Cubist Style Logo Tutorial

A little bit different logo tutorial from the previous ones and maybe also the best explained. When previous tutorials might have skipped some steps to make the tutorial shorter then this tutorial over here covers it all, giving you all the settings and tips that were used, making it really easy to follow and learn.

:pointr: Cartoon Style Logo Tutorial

This tutorial shows what you can do with just few simple steps and a bit of creativity. By using only couple of tools and some colors, author of this tutorial made a awesome looking creative logo for one of his clients. The hardest part might be the beginning but once you are done with it, it will be all easy to follow and master.

And this last logo tutorial has to be one of my favorite ones I have seen. Once again a logo made for an actual client and author explains how he got this logo done. He starts by describing the idea behind the logo and how it should look like. Then continues by talking about the types and techniques used in this tutorial. There aren't any direct steps on how to make this tutorial but rather an idea how to make one.

And this is for this time. I hope you liked it and if you have some ideas for next time then please be sure to let me know.

And if you feel generous enough then please donate us to make this group as super group.
